Job description

Ab Initio Administrator

Location : Atlanta, GA 30303 (Hybrid)

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (onsite and remote mix)

Job Description

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with :

Ab Initio expertise

  • Unix shell scripting
  • Basic knowledge of Hadoop
  • Scheduling tools like CA ESP
  • SQL
  • Provide L2 / L3 level support for Ab Initio environments.
  • Perform daily health checks on servers through manual or automated scripts and monitoring tools.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for production processes and guide the team during failures.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
  • Participate in quarterly Disaster Recovery (DR) activities to ensure system availability and configuration according to Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
  • Experience working in Agile projects with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Banking domain experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment.
