Full-Time, Primarily Remote (In-Office 1 week per quarter, company paid flights if not local)

What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns across a varied client base
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses
• Build and nurture trusted client relationships as their go-to tax expert
• Stay current with evolving tax laws to ensure compliance and optimize client outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for firm expansion alongside partners
