Senior Staff Accountant

In this role, you will manage key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities :

• Lead general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close
• Prepare and analyze internal financial reports, highlighting variances and trends
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives
• Assist with revenue recognition and ensure alignment with accounting standards
• Collaborate with teams across sales, operations, and HR to provide financial insight
• Help drive improvements in accounting processes and internal controls
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
