Purpose of Position : Direct and supervise sports performance programs for Bradley Athletics’ student athletes. This position reports directly to the Director of Sports Performance.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred. One to three years of strength and conditioning experience in a collegiate environment is also preferred. The successful candidate would ideally possess significant expertise within the strength and conditioning field in working with multiple sports, including Women Tennis, Golf, Women Volleyball and XCC / Track; Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; the ability to motivate student-athletes and work cooperatively with coaches and the sport medicine staff; a commitment to excellence and value of education; familiarity and comfort working in an environment with a strong academic commitment; and sensitivity to cultural differences.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Certification by CSCS, USAW and / or CSCCa is necessary. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
