About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning to join our Revenue ML team , focusing on our growing Ads initiative . You will play a key role in developing ML models for ad measurement, targeting, and delivery ranking , improving ad relevance, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape an early-stage Ads ML platform and directly impact business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for ad measurement, targeting, and ranking.
• Improve our ads measurement framework by integrating first-party and third-party data for precise campaign performance insights.
• Develop advanced ML models to infer user interests and enhance ad targeting strategies.
• Optimize ad ranking models to serve high-performing ads aligned with campaign goals (e.g., app installs, impressions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to execute on the Ads ML roadmap.
• Scale ML infrastructure to support an increasing number of ad campaigns while ensuring low-latency decision-making.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques in online advertising.
