About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract with an immediate start. You will own and optimize our AP function, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and adherence to company policies. You will report directly to our Senior Accounting Manager and serve as the go-to person for all things AP, managing the day-to-day operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. This is an on-site role based in Greenville, NC.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments
  • Maintain and optimize AP processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, relationships, and communications to resolve discrepancies quickly
  • Reconcile AP accounts and support month-end close activities
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to AP performance
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous process improvements
  • Leverage Ramp for expense management, card transactions, and AP automation
  • Support audits and other compliance-related reviews as needed

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience managing accounts payable processes end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of AP systems, controls, and best practices
  • Must have hands-on experience with Ramp
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, cross-functional teams, and leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to improve processes
  • Availability to work on-site in Greenville, NC on a 3-month contract with an immediate start
