James River Home Healthis actively seeking a Full-time Intake Coordinator to join our growing team! You will be responsible for managing the intake process for all referrals to James River Home Health from the time the referral is received until the Start of Care visit is completed by clinical staff. This position works closely with the JRHHC marketing, clinical, and medical records staff to ensure that all new patients receive prompt care supported by accurate information about the patients and their care needs.

Schedule?

Full-time Monday-Friday with an on-call weekend rotation
