Registered Dietitian Position - Full-time / Hybrid (40% Remote)

We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a hybrid position in the area. Enjoy the flexibility of both remote and onsite work, with a schedule tailored to meet your needs.

Position Type : Community-based geriatric care

Work Schedule : 35-40 hrs per week (40% Remote); Monday-Friday during business hours

Flexibility : Choose your days and hours. Only 3 onsite visits required per week, remaining hours are completed remotely via telehealth.

Compensation : $30.00-36.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that consider participants' medical conditions, cultural preferences, and dietary needs.
• Provide education and counseling on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and managing chronic diseases through diet.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive coordinated care.
• Monitor participants' nutritional status and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
• Document all care provided.
• Adheres to all facility policy and procedure.
• Performs necessary organizational and administrative duties
