You must be passionate about helping injury victims because that is our passion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide overall support to attorneys. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting / reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor / ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record / store client information. KEY REQUIREMENTS : Education : Paralegal Degree / Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in NJ Familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
