A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in the EMR system
Document patient requests and pertinent information accurately in the EMR
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily call production goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, medical office, or as a receptionist
Preferred experience in a medical office, specifically in optometric or ophthalmic settings
Proficiency in using multiple computer programs simultaneously
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
