Creative Content Writer

This role will be 100% On-Site in Farmer's Branch, TX.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5

Compensation : $60-70k

Responsibilities

• Content and script development :
• Craft compelling scripts for both long-form YouTube videos.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video ideas based on industry trends, audience interests, and brand messaging.
• Structure narratives to maximize audience retention, incorporating "pattern interrupts," strategic callbacks, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Research and SEO :
• Conduct in-depth research on topics to ensure accuracy and provide educational value.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags with relevant keywords to improve search ranking and discoverability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates with the audience and inform future content strategy.

Absolute Must Haves

Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills, with the ability to write in a deadline driven environment.

Nice to Haves

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
