Ability to obtain and / or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Oakdale. Come join our well established clinic where you can build the career you want and you and your family can be part of thriving community!
Practice Details :
- 11 provider primary care practice which includes 9 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
- Opening : 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
- Call Frequency : 5 weeks per year.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
