Position Summary : This role involves overseeing job-related activities and assignments to meet customer and business needs. What You'll Do : The position includes managing the performance of clubs' Fresh areas, driving sales and profit in Fresh areas, managing merchandising operations, demonstrating and communicating knowledge of fresh products, managing finances, and acting with integrity and respect for the individual and customers. It also involves creating budgets, monitoring club indexing, ensuring department staffing levels, working as part of the management team, planning production labor for major events, overseeing food safety standards, and driving club experience.
