We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who combines big-picture vision with hands-on craft. Someone who can concept bold ideas, lead brand systems, and roll up their sleeves to create compelling campaigns across digital, print, social, and more.
You’ll join a tight-knit, senior-level team of designers, writers, and strategists—where thoughtful collaboration, creative excellence, and accountability to each other define how we work . WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with writers and strategists to develop integrated campaigns across media.
- Direct and design creative materials from first sketch to final production.
- Guide brand systems while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Lead multiple B2B and B2C projects , managing timelines and communication.
- Mentor and collaborate with teammates to elevate the overall creative product.

7–10 years of professional design and art direction experience.Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social.Proven ability to concept big ideas and translate them into compelling brand systems.Expertise with design, animation, and photo-editing software (experience with web / ADA compliance is a plus).Excellent project management and organizational skills.Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating across disciplines.Degree in graphic design, communications, advertising, or related field (preferred).WHY RED DOT
