• Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including clinics and medical offices.
• Perform airway management and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Administer IV infusions and manage acute pain effectively.
• Provide ostomy care and educate patients on self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in patient education initiatives, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and health management strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a teaching hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficient in airway management techniques and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Familiarity with IV infusion protocols and acute pain management strategies.
• Knowledge of ostomy care practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
