We are a fast-growing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Center with offices in Elmhurst, Brooklyn Heights, and Manhattan , seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our multidisciplinary medical team.

In this role, you will work in-person, providing hands-on, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries. You’ll perform clinical evaluations, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and other providers in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough physical exams and patient assessments
• Record detailed medical histories and symptoms
• Create and update individualized treatment and care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
