Your Role :

As a host, you'll set the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Warm Welcomes : Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Managing Reservations : Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
  • Seating Guests : Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
  • Menu Knowledge : Provide information about our offerings and specials.
  • Assisting with Waitlists : Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating.
  • Customer Interaction : Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired.
  • Positive Attitude : Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests.
  • Commitment to Excellence : Dedicated to providing top-notch service.
  • Team Player : Work well with servers, bussers, and other staff.
  • Attention to Detail : Handle reservations and seating accurately.
  • Skills Needed :

  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Organizational Skills : Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
  • Multi-tasking : Navigate a bustling environment with ease.
  • Computer Proficiency : Comfortable with reservation systems and technology.
  • Problem-Solving : Address and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Safety Knowledge : Understand workplace safety procedures.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • On Your Feet : Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Hands-On : Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
  • Personal Hygiene : Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
