We are seeking a Predictive Analytics Lead Specialist to oversee advanced analytics initiatives and guide the development of data-driven strategies across the organization. This role requires deep experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, along with the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale datasets, and design analytical frameworks to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Drive data strategy and data governance best practices to ensure reliability, accuracy, and accessibility of key datasets.

Develop and maintain analytical dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization solutions to support data-driven decisions.

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvements.

Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts across projects and initiatives.

Manage model deployment processes, model performance monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles.

Collaborate with IT, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure proper data pipeline design and infrastructure support.

Present analytical findings to leadership and key business partners in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

12+ years of professional experience in predictive analytics, data science, machine learning, or related fields.

Strong expertise with statistical modeling, forecasting, and algorithm development.

Proficiency with tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, or similar.

Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines and data warehouse technologies.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with executive leadership.

Ability to lead complex projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes within timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
