What Youll Do

Perform high-quality body repairs refinishing and structural work on all makes and models

Accurately diagnose damage and follow manufacturer repair procedures

Collaborate with estimators parts team and fellow technicians for efficient workflow

Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment

Uphold Flood Fords commitment to customer satisfaction and safety

What Were Looking For

Prior collision / body shop experience required

I-CAR or OEM certifications preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Team player with a positive professional attitude

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
