Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to work on commercial construction projects, focusing on school and multifamily new builds. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to assist subcontractors and construction site clean up.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in construction tasks, wearing tools on-site.
• Assist with project layout and scheduling.
• Occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

Work Environment

Work on new construction commercial projects, including schools in South Denver. Expect to work 50-60 hour weeks, opening and closing projects, and reporting directly to the Superintendent.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
