JOB STATEMENT / PURPOSE

Counter Person is to execute the vision / mission of Uncle Joe's Pizza in their Uncle Joe's Pizzeria. Key responsibility areas include acknowledging all customers entering and leaving the restaurant, taking orders from the counter or over the phone, correctly ringing and accounting for all sales transactions in their register, monitoring and coordinating pick up orders, and 100% customer satisfaction. The Counter Person position is usually the first impression a customer will make about Uncle Joe's Pizza; this should be a pleasant, inviting experience for the customer.
