Interiors / Tenant Improvement

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a stable work history and experience with a top ENR general contractor, ready for a new challenge and to join a great team!

Our firm is a Commercial General Contractor with a strong focus on Interiors and Tenant Improvement projects, and we have an exciting backlog ahead. This role will work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure each project stays on schedule and on or under budget.

Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle - from design, permitting, and entitlement processes to estimating, subcontractor coordination, contract management, value engineering, change orders, RFIs, coordination with local city and county authorities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and financial performance. Success in this role requires excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation
• Develop and maintain project schedules and deadlines
• Assist with estimation and bidding
• Communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders
