This Position reports to : Automation Manager
Your Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the plant's expanding automation efforts, at the US Motion Headquarters, in New Berlin, WI, ensuring a positive impact to safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals on 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the field of Controls, Systems, Automation and / or Mechanical (Manufacturing, Automotive, Etc.)
Sound knowledge of Vision systems, digital torque systems, programmable logic controls, robotics, and other automation
Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Concepts
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability
Associates degree in Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering / science field is preferred
