Job Title : Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant (CRM + ERP)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant with deep expertise across ERP and CRM modules. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, optimize existing environments, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation & Configuration

Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Configure core ERP modules : Financials (GL, AP / AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, WMS, Fixed Assets.

Configure CRM modules : Sales, Marketing Automation, Case Management, Customer Service, workflows, and custom records.

Develop NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0), SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder customizations, and integrations.

Business Process Optimization

Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements aligned with NetSuite best practices.

Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.

Ensure data quality and consistency across CRM and ERP modules.

Project Leadership

Act as SME for NetSuite-guiding technical and functional teams.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement planning.

Integrations & Data Management

Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems (Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot, Avalara, etc.) using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and middleware.

Lead data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and execution.

Reporting & Analytics

Build saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks.

Provide insights and analytics to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

5 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM.

Deep expertise in at least 3 core ERP modules and 2 CRM modules.

Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integration tools.

Experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational workflows.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite certifications : Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer.

Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, manufacturing, or services environments.

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Comfortable leading workshops and presenting to executives.
