Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operators in Belvidere, NJ.

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $23.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is :
  • Week 1 : Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
  • Weeks 2–4 : Monday–Thursday (12-hour shifts)
  • Then transition to a 12-hour rotating schedule (Dupont schedule) , working both days and nights

    • Responsibilities

  • Operate storage, blending, milling, and packaging equipment to prepare and transfer materials through production to finished goods inventory
  • Follow GMP, IHQ-7, and ISO regulations for packaging, handling, and storage of materials
  • Receive, store, and load / unload raw materials efficiently with minimal damage
  • Maintain safety standards, including proper PPE usage and hazard awareness
  • Provide timely inventory data and reorder materials as needed
  • Report equipment malfunctions and submit work orders as appropriate
  • Complete documentation for material accountability and inventory control
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area
  • Attend shift and morning meetings
  • Demonstrate commitment to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and training requirements

    • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to train on or operate a forklift (certification preferred, but not required)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience
  • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
