Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and onboard new patients, ensuring a smooth and friendly introduction to the practice
- Collect and verify patient information, medical history, and insurance details prior to appointments
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with attention to provider availability and patient needs
- Submit dental insurance claims promptly and accurately; follow up on outstanding claims as needed
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve denials, discrepancies, or delays
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and account activity in the practice management system
- This is a new position, and your addition provides extra time for us to be present for all patients who need us
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, patient-first experience
This is a completely out-of-network practice focused on high quality interactions with an amazing patient population. We have one fee schedule. This job is not case presentation or sales. Patients trust us to do what’s best for them. Looking for a bright, kind, and task oriented teammate. This is a new position.
