Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Approaches : Assess patients' unique needs and design personalized treatment plans that help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' cognitive function, motor abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families : Instruct patients and their loved ones in therapy techniques to enable ongoing progress beyond clinical settings
