Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented Business Analyst in End User Package Deployment & Remediation Services to join our Client's dynamic team.
Job at a Glance
- This is a long-term contract, with an initial term through October 2026, planned for extension and / or permanent placement
- Hybrid position, onsite 3 days / wk (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and remote Monday & Fridays
- Pay rate is $37-$39 / hr W2 + eligible to sign up for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1

Overview
The Business Analyst will oversee and manage the workflow for the End User Package Deployment and Remediation teams. This role focuses on tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights through data analysis and visualization tools to ensure the successful delivery of software updates and remediation across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Elicit and document user requirements to meet business objectivesGuide technical and customer teams in system development supporting business solutionsFacilitate knowledge transfer about business strategies to support teamsReview problem logs, assist with test plans, and support deployment accuracyProvide input on system changes based on business needsValidate business needs for solutions and process improvementsMaintain documentation, gather requirements, coordinate quality assurance, and deliver status updates to stakeholdersRequired Skills
4 years of IT business analysis experienceProficiency with Data Analysis and Visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SplunkExperience with Microsoft M365 suitePartial onsite work environmentUS Citizen eligibility for security clearanceDemonstrated experience with data analysis, visualization, and business solution implementationExcellent documentation, requirement translation, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to guide both technical and business teams successfullyPreferred Skills
ServiceNow or Azure Board experienceExperience with software distribution tools such as SCCM, Intune, or BigFixBackground working within Agile and DevOps environmentsUnderstanding of iterative development, CI / CD processes, and cross-team collaborationAbout CEI :
