Location : Milbank, SD

Job Type :

Full-Time Travel Contract

(Up to 13+ week contracts)

Compensation :

$23-28 per hour, blended rate

36 hours / week pay guaranteed

(Housing & meal stipends available for travel contracts)

Job Description :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care and support. You will :

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help patients with mobility and positioning to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of South Dakota.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CNA, actively within the last 12 months.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Travel experience and / or willingness to travel.
