M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS / SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Works independently to gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Works with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revises and edits, and recommends the best solution for data compilation, as well as centralized storage.
• Researches, creates, and maintains information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy migration.
• Develops content in alternative media formats for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
• Ensures that published documents follow the style laid out in the organization's style guide.
• Maintains the style guide and suggests revisions to the style guide.

Full-Time Employee Compensation

Salary Range : $60,000 — $180,000 USD
