The posted compensation range of $21.89 - $38.31 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the CommonSpirit Health at Home's Home Health team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.
