Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinician located in Snohomish, WA. The Clinician will be responsible for providing direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The Clinician will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and support them in overcoming mental health challenges to achieve optimal functioning and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual, group, and family therapy
• Skilled in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of mental health issues and therapeutic interventions
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
