A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager II who will lead clinical teams to ensure successful delivery of clinical studies. Key Responsibilities Lead the clinical team to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with protocols, budgets, and regulations Manage clinical deliverables including site recruitment, data monitoring, and ensure quality standards are met Communicate effectively with sponsors and project teams, leading meetings and presenting updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or relevant field 8 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management Advanced project management skills Excellent leadership and influencing skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration applications
