Job Summary :
The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the culture of our concept while ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.
Responsibilities
Partner with the General Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train, and develop team members across all departments
Oversee staff scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
Ensure outstanding guest service and handle escalated concerns when necessary
Monitor inventory, food costs, and ordering systems to control expenses
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Contribute to a fun, engaging, and performance-driven work environment
Qualifications :
2–4 years of restaurant management or leadership experience, preferably in casual dining
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for great food, guest service, and team development
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
