Manager of Digital Marketplace & Social Commerce
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Digital Marketplace & Social Commerce to lead and grow our presence on TikTok Shop, live selling channels, and other key online marketplaces. This role will own the end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of sales initiatives to drive revenue, expand reach, and strengthen brand awareness across emerging social commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, product assortment, content updates, pricing strategies and promotional activities across TikTok Shop and other third-party marketplaces.
- Develop and execute live selling campaigns, including scheduling, product selection, storytelling, and performance tracking to maximize engagement and sales.
- Project and forecast sales, margin and inventory needs on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily basis to ensure profitability and growth.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to produce high-performing product videos, livestream content, and promotional assets tailored for each platform's audience.
- Stay ahead of fashion and retail trends, leveraging insights on customer behavior, seasonal shifts and emerging styles to inform product assortment, promotional strategies, and live selling content that resonates with target audience.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates, average order value and overall profitability.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners to leverage best practices, secure promotional opportunities, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, merchandising, marketing and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, accuracy of inventory management and timely fulfillment.
- Ensure all marketplace listings and live selling content adhere to brand guidelines and platform policies.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related field preferred7+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or social commerce (TikTok Shop experience highly preferred).Strong understanding of live selling strategies and short-form video commerce.Proficient in marketplace analytics, sales forecasting, and performance optimization.Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Critical Skills & Attributes
