• Outpatient only primary care with the option to do OB if desired
• Full range family medicine with quality focused patent volumes
• Faculty role available with a new Rural Family Medicine Residency Program
• Some light inpatient role if involved with the residency program
• Phone call only with a likely 1 : 7 schedule
• Hospitalist team covers all admissions
• Top-tier imaging technology and EPIC EMR
• Starting base is $300,000 or more with wRVU bonus incentives
• Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
• Group paid malpractice with no tail
