Job description
A company is looking for an IT Automation Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and contribute to major automation projects involving ServiceNow and Jira platforms
Perform administrative and enablement duties related to automation processes
Provide operational support for information systems and peripheral equipment
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in automation support or related fields
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow automation principles and strategies
Proficiency in Jira administration, automation, and integrations
Basic project management experience
