The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to join the Construction, Facilities Services & Environmental Contracting team to execute and manage contracts in the Facilities Maintenance category. We are considering candidates from the following locations : North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.

We are looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to support multiple commodities within the category. This role will lead and manage projects and initiatives related to facilities contracts. Candidates must understand cost-reimbursable and time-and-materials contracts. Knowledge of building operations and environmental impacts is preferred. Position Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
• Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies that result in contractual documents and binding agreements
• Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions
• Consult with internal customers to resolve supplier performance issues
• Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
• Participate in supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range : $62,020 - $97,750
