Job description
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training materials for the tax compliance platform
Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats including webinars and workshops
Collaborate with teams to ensure training content reflects current regulations and platform functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in training development and delivery
3+ years of instructional design experience with a focus on creating effective training materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience with AI tools for content creation and training optimization
