Job Title : Front of House Shift Lead

Purpose : Our goal at Chick-fil-A Moorpark Road is to “Win the hearts of the Conejo Valley”. We want to provide a remarkable experience to both our guests and our team. We are looking for a Shift Leader who demonstrates operational excellence, care, and team building.

Job Description : The role of a Front of House Shift Lead is to supervise and co-ordinate the entire Front of House team. They ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly. This manager may also be involved in helping to train new Team Members and carry out some administrative tasks. We would like someone who is productive, innovative and understands that supporting their team is the first step to operational excellence and a positive and productive work environment.

Employment Type : Full time or Part time availability. We do not have any seasonal positions open at this time.
