Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full & Part Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ashland MO. The PT will provide competent courteous and professional evaluation and treatment of patients experiencing difficulties with mobility function strength and positioning in accordance with APTA scope of practice and licensure laws.

The PT will :

• Collaborate with families physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain professional documentation of services in the medical record
• Provide in-services and training for facility staff in restorative and functional maintenance programs
• Report to the Therapy Program Manager and Director of Operations
• Model CRIs values of Commitment Respect and Integrity in daily practice
