As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Milaca Elim Meadows, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents' lives. We are seeking a positive and upbeat individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently. Position Types : Part-Time or Full-Time with varying shifts including every other weekend. Available Shifts : Days 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (Part-Time) Evenings 3 : 00 PM -11 : 30 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) Nights 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM (Part-Time)

Wage Range : $19.75 - $22.68 / hour depending on experience Shift Differentials : Evenings $2.00 / hour Nights $3.00 / hour Bonus : Full-Time $5,000 Part-Time $2,500 Location : 730 2nd St SE, Milaca, MN 56353

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities :

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following : shampooing of hair, assist with showering / bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
