A-Line Staffing is now hiring Urgent Care LPNs in Charlotte, NC.
The Urgent Care LPN position would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time contingent role, 32–40 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Urgent Care LPN Compensation
- The pay for this position is $37.17 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Urgent Care LPN Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsRequired availability includes two to three weekdays, every other weekend, and some major holidaysWork schedules are created in 6-week blocks following a 3-week training / orientationShift length ranges from 7–10 hours during clinic operating hoursThis is a float position and may require travel to nearby locationsUrgent Care LPN Responsibilities
Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB tests, etc.)Obtain and record vital signsProvide emergency care in collaboration with onsite providers when neededPerform patient registration, intake, and checkoutAssist with waiting room management, reminder calls, appointment scheduling, and serve as a chaperone for sensitive examsPrepare the clinic and waiting space to ensure a positive patient experienceDocument patient interactions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Urgent Care LPN Requirements
Active, unrestricted LPN license in the United StatesGraduate of a State-approved or NLNAC-accredited school of Practical / Vocational NursingMinimum of 1 year of healthcare experiencePrevious experience administering immunizations and injectionsProficiency documenting in an EMR systemAbility to obtain accurate vital signsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must extend at least 30 days past the start date)Must pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when requiredAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred Qualifications
