An established and growing cardiac surgery team in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join a collaborative and dynamic group dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team of surgeons and advanced practice providers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights :

• Join a team of 2 cardiothoracic surgeons and 5 APPs
• Perform as a surgical first assist in cardiac and thoracic procedures
• Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH) experience required
• Exposure to advanced heart failure technologies ( LVAD, Impella, ECMO, heart transplant ) is a plus
• Participate in a 1 : 4 call rotation , including one weekend per month
• Employed position with competitive compensation , comprehensive benefits , and 401(k)
