• Assessing patients' skin diseases, conditions and ailments to determine treatment
• Prescribing medication and creating treatment plans
• Referring patients for surgery when necessary
• Monitoring patient's progress
• Updating medical history including a record of the patient's symptoms
• Educating patients on preventative skin care
• Referring patients to physicians of other specialties
• Attending some seminars and conferences
• Paying attention to infection-control policies and protocols
  

• BE/BC general Dermatologists are needed to join a very large multi-specialty group practice that is owned and employed by a well-regarded academic medical center.
  
• In addition to performing general medical dermatology procedures, dermatologists who have been trained and have experience performing additional procedures (i.e., Cosmetics, Mohs, Laser, Pediatrics, etc.) will be able to use these skills.
  
  
• These are 100% outpatient general dermatology opportunities.
  
  
• The Brooklyn office is staffed with three dermatologists, and the Long Island office has two dermatologists.
  
  
• Both offices have a support staff of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
  
• Their offices are equipped with the full scope of state-of-the-art dermatology equipment.
  
• There is no on call.
  
  
• Office Hours: Monday through Friday, from9:00 a.m.to5:00 p.m.

• Residents and fellowship trained dermatologists available during 2022 and 2023.
  
• Dermatologists who have work experience and also available during 2022 and 2023.
