Job Summary

We are seeking an engaged, communicative, passionate "people-person" to join our team as People & Talent Recruitment Coordinator. This role provides a tremendous opportunity to gain hands on experience and familiarity with NEW evolved leading People Systems, programs, project management, and people strategy. The Talent Support Coordinator will provide critical pre and post hire administrative & operational support - serving as the first point of contact for all employees seeking opportunities with Occasions Catering (Restaurant Associates). You're truly the face of our dynamic team, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. A critical support partner to operations leadership, you'll take ownership of hiring, onboarding, training, and administrative support processes in support of the "people process" efforts. Essential function, duties & responsibilities :
Requirements : Hospitality background preferred - you've been in a guest facing role and you understand the importance of first impressions! Recruiting / staffing agency experience is a plus but not a must. You're a quick study on HR functions, systems, and "best practices" - demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly and with an eye always on the details! Experience with key HR tools and software, another plus. Must work effectively with diverse individuals in the R / A & Compass organizations, across all levels. You're a clear communicator - you're emotionally intelligent, engaging, energetic, and professional. Ability to retain confidential company data and only communicate to those who need to know. Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical skills, understands how to move projects along for success. You're dedicated to high standards and excellence.
