Business Development Partner

Contract Role – Flexible, 1–2 hours per week

Gratia Equity Partners is seeking a Business Development Partner to introduce M&A opportunities through their trusted network of business owners. This is a flexible contract role that can be done entirely on your own schedule in just 1–2 hours per week—without leaving your full-time career. With $2,000–$5,000 bonuses for every engagement brought in and $25,000–$250,000 commissions on closed deals, the right partner has the potential to build a six- or even seven-figure income stream on the side with minimal time commitment. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professionals with business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a strong network of business owners.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your network of trusted relationships with business owners to introduce M&A opportunities to GEP
  • Represent GEP with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and business acumen
  • Work independently on your own schedule (1–2 hours per week) to generate deal flow
  • Act as a trusted connector between business owners and our advisory team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset and strong business judgment
  • Sales ability and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Established network of business owners and decision-makers
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Compensation

  • $2,000–$5,000 bonus for every new M&A engagement brought into GEP (whether or not it closes)
  • $25,000–$250,000 commission for each successfully closed transaction
  • Ask for references to our current team of business development partners who have successfully recieved 6 figures on a single commission.
