This position is responsible for developing strategic plans that focus on safety and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with UCHealth's Chief Clinical Officer and other administrative and clinical leaders within the UCHealth system. This position reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer and will work collaboratively with this leader to achieve network-wide quality, patient and staff safety, and infection prevention goals and drive improvements to improve the key metrics in these areas. This position measures and evaluates the state of quality delivery across the organization and recommends current and future quality and safety initiatives to continually improve. In addition, this position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a quality and safety infrastructure for UC Health.
