The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising and representing clients in employment-related matters, including litigation, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.
• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
