Dish room Lead Job Details :

Schedule : 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm (Days Vary)

Location :  Houston, TX

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate :  $15.62 / hour + (based on experience)

Dish room Lead Responsibilities :

• Supervise dishroom staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishroom and surrounding areas
• Train, schedule, and support dishroom team members
• Monitor chemical usage, dish machine operations, and supply inventory
• Assist with food service operations when needed
• Follow and enforce all safety and sanitation procedures

Education Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
